Broadway Season Tickets

Season tickets can be purchased by all patrons in the Mid-South region when they go on sale. The number of available season tickets may be limited and may change season to season.

Season tickets are not sold outside the Orpheum Theatre Group’s region. If you would like to request an exception, please call the box office at 901-525-3000.

Because season ticket packages are assigned to a specific performance date and time, you must attend the performance listed on your tickets. Season Ticket Holders who arrive for a different performance than the one listed on their tickets without having made an official exchange in Account Manager cannot be seated or refunded.

Performance schedules may vary due to holidays or late openings, and for multi-week engagements Season Ticket Holders typically attend during the first week. To confirm which performance of any engagement you are scheduled to attend, login to Account Manager and check your tickets.

You can spread the cost of your season tickets over as much as 6 months with our optional interest-free payment plan for season ticket packages. The first payment is due upon purchase. Afterwards, credit cards will be charged for five consecutive months from the date of the original payment. The first payment for Auto-Renew Season Ticket Holders who have a payment plan will be charged on March 20, 2026 for the 2026-2027 Broadway Season..

If a credit card is declined, updated credit card information must be provided to the box office no later than 5 business days of the declined credit card, and the past-due amount must be paid. If payment is not received in five business days, guests must pay in full the remaining balance due under the payment plan to maintain their package.

If full payment has not been received within 15 days from the date the credit card has been declined, seats will be released, and prior payments will be refunded.

Should a guest have two declined payments in one season, the guest will not be allowed payment plans for future ticket purchases.

By paying a $100 deposit, you’ll receive an exclusive 48-hour presale ahead of the May 1, 2026 season ticket public on-sale so you can have the first pick of the best available seats. Your deposit will be automatically applied towards the cost of your season tickets.

Deadline to participate in the season tickets Priority List is April 24, and presale will begin on April 29. A valid email address is required for presale access.

We are unable to hold your seats without payment. When accounts are not paid either in full or through a payment plan by the deadline, seats are released without notice. Any returning Season Ticket Holders would be considered as new accounts and seated with the best available locations at that time.

The Orpheum Theatre Group Perks Card is available exclusively to Orpheum Season Ticket Holders and entitles the bearer to discounts from our VIP Partners from all corners of the city. One Season Perks card is mailed to each account holder right before the start of each season.
